The Professional's Guide to SDLT is available here in electronic form for ease of access. Written by a barrister for professional tax and property law clients it provides concise and clearly written analysis and guidance on the law and practice of SDLT.

Points of practical difficulty are covered and where the law is unclear or ambiguous the author supplies his preferred interpretation and where relevant explains and analyses the Inland Revenue's position.

The Guide is currently in the process of being written and new chapters are announced by newsletter as they become available. Access to the Guide is free for a limited period only to enable users to sample the chapters already available.
