Make an Instruction

As a property or tax solicitor, accountant or other professionally qualified person (in-house or independent practice) contact Tony Hall, my Clerk (pictured right) to request specialist tax advice from me over the telephone or in conference or to discuss briefing me to represent you or your client before a tax tribunal or the higher courts.

In accordance with guidelines issued by the General Council of the Bar, I am required to ask all UK or foreign lawyers and other professional clients who instruct me to confirm in writing that they have confirmed the identity of the client in accordance with the relevant money laundering regulations. Additional checks may be required by those regulations when I am instructed by an in-house professional advisor.
