If you have a normal sale and leaseback which meets the conditions in section 57A, is it possible to get group relief on an immediate assignment of the newly granted lease within a group? Or is it denied by para 2 of Sch 7?
Example D32 in the GAAR Guidance suggests that this is ok although it does rather coyly say that this is subject to para 2(4A) Sch 7 without elaborating.
