Am I correct in saying that if a property is worth over a ?1m, a scheme promoter must disclose the sale to HMRC under DOTAS, even if the scheme being used has been ‘Grandfathered’ ?No it does not have to be disclosed under DOTAS if it is grandfathered even if above the threshold. Ours is not to reason why…
